The Hansens are currently in Canberra for Uncle Pete's big 5-0.
Really you didn't miss anything! Although your dad went to great lengths to try and get Pete back for the pre-party party on the Gold Coast for his 40th. There was drinking, gamboling and a strip club, but your dad ended up getting the worst of it while Pete stuck to the waters claiming it was vodka the whole time!
The pre-party party included Geoff, Tony, Pete, Matt and Miles (who won $200 at the casino)!
The party itself was a family affair, and hopefully we will never do Kareoke again! Too many deaf and tone-less 40-55 year olds in one room!
Hope you had a good flight in, next time you head back to the Gold Coast let me know and I'll gather some pennies together and try out surfing with you!
